Bringing it together.

Counters, pump and irrigation controllers, a Modbus gateway and plant software that each do one job well on their own, and pull together as one plant when you connect them. Everything runs on your own PC, panel or controller — no vendor cloud, no per-user monthly fee.

Try it live

The demos

Real software and real controller interfaces, running right now, with invented plants and invented people in them. Click anything. Nothing here is a customer's data, and nothing you do can reach one.

Plant software

wozansi scada

Your whole plant on one page, live, with alarms to the right person's phone.

wozansi maintenance

Job cards, machine files, spares and shifts, on a phone at the machine.

The controllers

Every controller has its own web page built into the unit — no app, no cloud account. These demos serve that page exactly as the unit serves it, driven by a simulated plant instead of real wiring. The buttons work. Open Settings on any of them to see every option the unit can be commissioned with — shown filled in and read-only, so it reads as a specification rather than a form.

wozansi count

Counts what the line actually made, with rate, batch, rejects, order and lot.

A carton line running at about 42 a minute. Watch the batch fill toward 250 and roll over, stop and start the line, or open the I/O page and see DI-1 pulse with every carton.

wozansi pump

Pressure or supply control for one pump, with dry-run, overpressure and sensor-fault protection.

A live control loop, not a recording. Move the setpoint and the pump cuts in a hysteresis band below it, runs the pressure up, and cuts out when it gets there — the trend arrow follows what actually happened.

Open the pump demo

wozansi irrigate

Four named zones, eight schedules each, rain inhibit and litres per zone.

Four zones sharing one main, so they run one at a time. Open a zone by hand or let the schedule step through them, and watch the litres count up per zone. When the rain sensor comes on, everything stops.

wozansi gateway

Puts RS-485 Modbus PLCs and drives onto your network — RTU or ASCII.

A PLC, a VSD and a flow meter on one bus, polled onto Modbus TCP. The poll map shows live register values; the RS-485 page shows the actual frames going out and coming back. One block is left offline on purpose, so you can see what a dropped device looks like.

One honest note. wozansi master count runs on the PC as an application rather than a web page, so it is shown in person rather than on a link.

The range

Seven products, one name

A counter, a pump controller or a gateway does its job on its own. Connect them and the whole plant shows up on one screen.

Product sheets are being reissued under the new name and will be back on this page as they come off the press. Ask us for any of them in the meantime.

How it fits together

Three steps

1 · One machine

A counter, pump or irrigation controller works alone through its own web page.

2 · The whole plant

wozansi scada brings the controllers and your PLCs onto one screen, with history, alarms and phone access. The gateway brings in the serial ones.

3 · Run the plant

wozansi master count adds orders, stock and lots; wozansi maintenance keeps the machines, job cards and spares.
